Overview: Ford's little known turbo terror, imported from '85-'89 under the Merkur brand name (german for Mercury). Sold all over Europe as the Ford Sierra or XR4i, including the legendary high performance RS and RS500 versions by Cosworth.
Engine: 2.3L, T3 Cosworth .60/.48 turbo (Stage 1.5 turbine wheel), Cosworth 2wd IC with 2.25" aluminum piping, ported E6 manifold, Forge 004 BOV, SVO PE ECU, 3" VAM, cone filter, 3" mandrel downpipe, 3" exhaust w/Borla XR1 muffler, boostvalve.com MBC set to 17lbs. of boost.
Suspension & brakes: Urethane bushings front and rear, Eibach Pro-kit springs, KYB struts/shocks, Cosworth 28mm front sway bar, Rapido 19mm rear sway bar, OMP front strut brace. JVAB front discs with 11.3"x1.25" two piece rotors and Wilwood 4x1.62" FBSL calipers.
Exterior: ALT 16x7 wheels wrapped in Yokohama AVID H4S 205/45s, Cosworth RS upper rear spoiler and RS500 lower rear spoiler, Cosworth grille, Mk3 VW Jetta (yes, Jetta) front bumper conversion with crystal marker lamps and euro fogs/signal lamps, euro Vento VR6 front lip.
Interior: Leather wrapped wheel, leather shifter boot and knob, Sparco pedals, electroluminescent gauges, shortened shifter.
